New Arrival!!!

1980-81 Gurian S3M with a non-original case! Its a beauty!! It's in very good condition with scratchers here and there. It had an under the saddle pickup so adding a new system would be very easy to do.
Gurian S3M is a high-quality acoustic guitar made by Gurian Guitars, a boutique guitar manufacturer originally active from the late 1960s through the early 1980s, founded by luthier Michael Gurian. These guitars are well-regarded among collectors and players for their craftsmanship and unique design elements.

Here’s a detailed description of the Gurian S3M:
    •    Body Style: The S3M features a grand concert body size (the “S3” indicates the size in Gurian’s nomenclature, with S3 being medium-large).
    •    Top Wood: Solid Sitka spruce, known for its balanced tone and dynamic range.
    •    Back and Sides: Solid mahogany, giving the guitar a warm, midrange-rich sound with strong projection.
    •    Neck: Mahogany neck with a distinctive three-piece laminate construction, known for added strength and stability.
    •    Fingerboard: Ebony, often with a 12–14” radius for comfortable playability.
    •    Scale Length: 25.5” scale, standard for many steel-string acoustics.
    •    Nut Width: Typically around 1 11/16”, though some models vary.
    •    Bracing: Gurian’s proprietary modified X-bracing, contributing to a responsive and articulate tone.
    •    Bridge: rosewood
    •    Tuners: Schaller
    •    Other Features: Wood purfling, a rosewood headstock overlay, and a natural gloss finish.
