It's a beauty!! Professionally refinished to Dakota Red this 60's remake is something special!! It's all original except the finish and includes the bridge cover, Certificate of Authenticity and original case. Currently it has flatwound strings and it weighs 9.9 lbs.
This Fender Custom Shop Bass VI is a masterfully crafted reissue of Fender’s unique baritone-style bass, originally introduced in 1961. Sitting tonally between a standard guitar and a traditional bass, the Bass VI is a six-string instrument tuned E-to-E an octave below standard guitar tuning. The Custom Shop version honors the vintage spirit of the original while delivering exceptional playability and premium materials expected from Fender’s highest tier of craftsmanship.
