New Arrival!!
1942 Martin 0-17!! It doesn't get much cooler than this. We are huge fans of Martin 0-17 14 fret to body models that were made during the war. That beautiful dry tone is like a time capsule to a folkier time. This 0-17 is in excellent condition with very little wear for being over 80 years old! A professional neck reset was done in its resent history and when this happened a new bone nut and saddle was made. This work was masterfully done. There is no fret wear and plays like a dream! Low action and plenty of saddle to last a long time. The tuning keys are original and it includes a non-original hardshell case.
This 1942 Martin 0-17 is a wartime-era acoustic guitar, known for its warm, bluesy tone and simple yet elegant craftsmanship. It’s a highly regarded vintage model, especially among folk, blues, and fingerstyle players.
