An extremely rare 1946 Fender Model 26 Prototype Woody Amplifier!! When we received this amp, everything looked original but the tube configuration didn't match a Deluxe amp and there was only 2 aluminum stripes and not three. After examining the amplifier and taking consideration how low the serial number (210), we concluded this amp is most likely a transitional or prototype. A transition between a Princeton and a Model 26 Deluxe. Everything about this amp is original except John Johnson replaced the power cable to a 3 prong grounded cord and "death cap" was removed. All 6 electrolytic capacitors were restored. One 50K pot/sw was replaced. John Johnson of Pro Amp Solutions completely went through this amp.
